Farmstead Pas Pinčiuką

A middle-sized farmstead, situated on the picturesque river bank of Dubysa, will be suitable to those, who want privacy and cosy celebration. This farmstead can accommodate up to 44 guests. The farmstead and its environment are decorated with unique handmade wood carvings. If you prefer, the celebration can also take place in the arbour, surrounded by nature.

Farmstead Pas Pinčiuką is situated on a river bank of Dubysa. Every person, who arrives to the farmstead and goes down the stairs will be greeted by a playful group of little devils. The interior, decorated with wooden sculptures, Dubysa River flowing by the bank of the farmstead and the closeness of the nature will create an enchanting feeling.

The beautiful environment and inspiring landscapes will be suitable for capturing the best moments of your celebrations. The spacious and comfortable farmstead will be perfect for weddings, baptisms, gatherings of friends or company events.

Farmstead Pas Pinčiuką has 7 rooms with commodities and a common space in the attic for sleeping. The farmstead can accommodate 35 participants of your celebration at once. The rooms have 12 double and 18 single beds. The whole interior of the farmstead is decorated with mischievous sculptures of little devils. This remotely situated farmstead will allow you to enjoy the soothing sounds of nature.

2nd floor:

1 room – 2 persons (2 single beds)*
6 rooms – with 4 places in each (2 single beds and 1 double sleeping couch) *

Note: WC and shower is provided in every room.

3rd floor (attic):

6 double beds
4 single beds

Note: 1 WC designated for the whole attic.

Following the indicated plan of the rooms, the farmstead accommodates up to 44 people.

Banquet hall and sauna

Farmstead Pas Pinčiuką will be perfect for medium-sized weddings or baptism celebrations. The banquet hall can seat 44 guests at once. A fireplace, sculptures of little devils and special lighting will give your celebration some unique charm. This place is also great for organising bachelor and bachelorette parties. The celebration may become even more interesting by ordering a sauna, situated in the first floor of the farmstead, which may be used by up to 12 people at the same time.

Leisure

Those who want to take a break from a daily routine and work are invited to arrive together with their friends or family. For your convenience, we can offer 7 rooms, so you will be able to find the one, which is closest to your heart. We are also offering catering services (it should be agreed in advance).

Rules

The farmstead has its own internal regulations, which need to be followed during the stay. Before coming to rest and entertain, please, get acquainted with them. Upon arrival, we shall sign Order confirmation – agreement.

Useful information

You are welcome to come to the farmstead from 6 PM.
For your convenience, late check-out before 2 PM is offered for our guests.
You will also find a spacious car parking lot, situated near the farmstead.
If the weather is good, your celebration can also take place in the arbours, established outside.

Prices

The price for renting the farmstead starts from 800 €, while catering for one person is from 50 €. The prices may vary depending on the season. The price includes bedsheets, towels and other conveniences. An additional fee is taken for renting the dishes (if you are renting the farmstead, but order the catering somewhere else). If necessary, you can additionally order sauna and Jacuzzi.

Price for renting the farmstead during the season (from May to October):

On work days – 1000 € without catering.
On weekends and holidays – 1700 € without catering.
Catering from 50 €/person.

Price for renting the farmstead after the end of the season (from October until May):

On work days – 800 € without catering.
On weekends and holidays – 1000 € without catering.
Catering from 50 €/person.
